Single Course Exam Announcement

At the end of the 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester, according to the provision of “Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulation Article 21: (1) Students who are at the graduation stage, except for the compulsory internship work, who have failed only one course regardless of the semester and have taken the continuation of that course, and students who have been successful or deemed successful in all their courses but cannot graduate due to their weighted general grade point average being below 2.00, can take an exam from any course of the last four semesters to raise their weighted general grade point average.”, students who want to participate in the “Single Course Exam” (except for the Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, and School of Tourism Management and Hotel Management) for the courses they have failed after taking the continuation can apply in person or https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/TekDersSinavFormu link online.

As of the end of the 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester, single course exams,;

·         Exams of practical courses held face-to-face in the Spring Semester will be held face-to-face,

·         Other theoretical and practical courses will be held online according to the exam format determined and announced in advance by the instructor (multiple choice, true/false, written, assignment, project, etc.)

·         Exams of all courses belonging to the Fall Semester will be held face-to-face.

Single Course Exam application and evaluation procedures, lists of students who will participate, and other processes related to the exam will be carried out by the upper boards of the academic unit where the exam will be held. Contact information for the units is included in the announcement, and it is important to inform our relevant students.
